WHAT IS THE IDEAL TIME FOR CATCH OF SIGNAL AT ANNOUNCER ?

Gee, I have no idea when Don Pardo is available. You might consider contacting John Moschitta, Jr. but 11 ms may not be fast enough. John Madden has retired so you missed that boat. Andy Richter seems to be available.

We normally synchronize this time with the Caps Lock selection. Consider modifying your 11 ms input, it is not working properly.
