Mr.

03/12/2010 11:01 PM

Can someone help me in this, of course I am new on this line.

I have a client whose factory is fitted with 9 units of smoke spill fan, incidently this section caught fire at the AHU room in which the SSF panel was fitted. My problem now is that, they do not have the soft and hard copy of the schematic diagram. Can anyone please HELP. Thank you.

Regards,

(Desperately waiting for HELP)

Thank you again

The city or county should have what was submitted for approval of the building, before it is built, I'm not sure to what degree of plans are archived but you may get lucky. Also, possibly the construction contractor, designers and engineers may still have copies of the as-built plans in his files or construction drawings. If this area of work was subcontracted, they may have them.

If you can find the manufacture of the SSF panels and serial numbers, they should be able to look up the original equipment specs and job order # so you could find replacements, same with the AHU's.

Good Luck

Check with the local building & labor authorities. Plans such as these must be submitted for approval even before construction can begin. Likewise, any modifications to such plans must also recieve approval before work can begin.
