What coupling system is in use already, so as not to duplicate with guesswork?

Why does the existing system take as long as it does?

What other things might be done to speed-up the logistics in this area other than change an otherwise presumably-technically-satisfactory coupling system for something else?

As far as I know all vehicles use standard coarse thread screw on type fueling connectors. They are either the smaller style that propane powered fork lifts and other construction machines use or the larger style like bulk tanks used for home heating use.

If you cant spare the 3 -4 seconds of time it takes to screw one of those on or off then you probably need to seriously invest some efforts into proper time management techniques or employee hand-eye skills training (Righty tighty, lefty loosey).

More information on what you are using and why things take too long would be more useful.

Is there no standard available? I know everything has to be spark free and grounded to avoid static electricity build up. I guess all trucks should have similar couplings? In the tank on the truck you have a pressure to overcome. This pressure is only depending on the temperature. Or you increase your pump pressure, or you cool down the tank of the truck. A roof to create some shade helps a lot. Shorter distance between the truck and supply tank helps also.

Your people need good training and speed is a double edged sword too little leads to accidents. I suggest you travel and observed a well trained operation and take notes also enquire of their training procedures.
