Fluent Software for Heat Flow Analysis

Hello there,

Currently im doing the research on Fish fillet continious cooking, i ll would like use fluent software to do analysis on heat flow .Where i can get the tutorials in details.Anybody out there can help me.TQ

I do have some questions, is there a reason why you need this. Is it for a convection type oven for doing process efficiency
