Sizes for Level Control Flanged Valves

03/17/2010 9:15 AM

Dear all

Can anyone give me information about the available sizes (any vendor) of Level control flanged valves(not threaded or socket weld). I am not sure about the small sizes i.e whether 1/2" or 1" flanged valves exists or not.

so far we have used threaded level control valves....

We had a similar problem once, and small flanged valves in 3/4 and 1 inch sizes were hard to find and very costly. But regular threaded valves were plentiful and cheap and so were small steel flanges, already threaded. So we got threaded valves, screwed them into the flanges with a suitable sealant and voila, here were flanged valves. For us this worked very well.

You can get a flanged interface but it includes threaded connection
