Why not make the whole stopper in polyethylene?

If it can't then what's the point of coating the butyl in it?

Actually I ll go for partial coating, closure is made from various kinds of rubber. Following are the main type: Butyl Halobutyl Natural The main purpose of coating is to minimise particulate matter / extractable / leachable in parental solutions. Second thing is to achieve reduced co-efficient of friction. that coating must withstand autoclaving at 121 deg cel atleast for 1 hr

Polyethylene melts at 120 C.

Look at Parylene. Isn't cheap but will do what you want.

In case of parylene, first thing is that Special Machine is required for it.

If ever making it from outside source, much expensive.

Both d ways nt affordable

Shrink wrap it with polyethylene shrink wrapping film. If physical bonding is required ,apply self curing rubber adhesive coating on the component and then shrink wrap with polyethylene film.
