Mobile Tracking

at the turn off condition of our mobile ,why we can't track that location??????

if the (forward control channel )FCC active at turn off condition by using some supply to work our sim.

is it possible?????????????????????

The mobile must both receive (the signal requesting to indicate location), and transmit (the response) in order to be tracked. Both functions require power. If you are referring to GPS location tracking, then the unit must also receive signals from several satellites, and make calculations based on those signals. That definitely requires nearly continuous power.
