Can someone explain in detail what the supper position Principle is all about when we are talking about redundant force in undetermined forces in a beam.

A) Ask the professor and he will explain in detail.

B) Read your text book word by word and try to understand.

c) Supper position is straight backed as we were taught, on the dining table, but it may depend on the local culture. In that position we do not talk about any redundant forces or undetermined forces on any type of beams.

d) Even after 4 posts, and the CR4 FAQs have you not grasped that we don't do homework?

This forum is for engineers (not necessarily by degree- but by interest/ passion) where we discuss about our doubts, problems (eg how to break large cast iron baths)

ideas, experiences.

All are welcome to join minus their homeworks and the basic textbook questions which could be asked in classroom/ discussed amongst your peers.

I think you mean the principle of superposition. It is clearly explained on several sites on the internet. Ask Mr. Google to help you find them. If you still can't find what you need, come on back and let us know.
