  1. Isolate
  2. Depressurise
  3. Assess
  4. Organise labour
  5. Raise Permits-to-work
  6. Purge
  7. Repair
  8. Assess
  9. Withdraw permits
  10. Remove isolation
  11. Re-pressurise

What is separator?

Liquid is gas? or fluid is gas? What gas, is it explosive? is it toxic?

800PSI is quite a high pressure for any standard.

Stop the flow, find the source, repair. And best is to get hold of one who knows the thing.
