Microfractures in Steel Parts

Hello partners, I tray to found a provider of a micro fracture developer liquid.

I know to exist one´s to be fluorescent with ultraviolet light.

please if you know the name of any mark or provider please contact me.

It sounds like a Liquid Penetrant test.

Magnaflux makes Zyglo. Magnaflux has always been a trademark as far as I know, but the technique of Magnafluxing for cracks has long been like the word Xerox re copies. Zyglo is a different (non magnetic) crack finding technique.

If these are microcracks, the LPI is not likely to pick it up. The prefable method will be MPI (magnetic material) or Eddy Current test (other metals) under flouroscent (bklack light)
