avoid net filter

dear friends can u tell me how can i open all sites on the internet if the server has net filter

I don't think you can, but what exactly is the server blocking? Illegal download torrent sites? Sites of questionable sexual content? Are you in China or another country where your internet access is being restricted? Are you on AOL?

Please provide more information.
