How can I create large letters for printing?

03/26/2010 8:52 AM

I'm sure this is easy, but I can't seem to figure it out. How can I create letters of the alphabet on the computer that are scaled to 7" tall when printed out on standard 81/2"x11" paper? I'm using windows 7. The font that I'm using is century gothic. Thanks in advance.

Hi kramarat,

In MS Word, type the character and highlight it. Go to the Font Size box and enter 500 or so and press ENTER adkust size as necessary for your use. I think the font has to be a TrueType font for this to work. I tried this successfully with Arial.
