MOSFET with Vgs= 5V

03/30/2010 5:08 AM

Dear Friends,

Can anyone give me the part number of the MOSFET which can be directly driven on Vgs=3.3V to 5V. The supply voltage rating is from 4V to 30V and the required drain current is 2A.

Thanks in advance........
