How to manufacture accurate cycloidal profile

Generate the cycloidal curve and save it as a .dxf file. Then feed this file to a converter program that changes it into G-code. Then enter the G-code in a CNC machine with the desired set up and...voila!

A manufactured "accurate" cycloidal profile.

Or you could just draw the curve on a piece of paper or cardboard and cut it out with scissors.
