This puzzle is beyond my understanding. With my wild imagination I see many different possibilities, but some more explanation would be in place.

1. Do you earth a shielded High Voltage cable?

2. Do you use that cable (without shield) as a earth cable?

Your earth (resistance) will be the total of all your earth points (resistances in parallel)and the earth current will flow to the least resistance the most and the highest resistance the least.

Depending on your earth points, they will get a part the total earth current .

Yeah, your question is v. unclear to say the least. What is "earthing is done 2-3mtr in 33kv single core cable?" As I gather you wanna earth a 33KV power cable which, in my understanding, would be equal to a dead short. Besides, why would you try to earth a cable every 2-3mtrs? The earthing joint must have a cross-section > the cable's (630sq.mm) with a resistance < 1.99Ohms in any case.
