Low Smoke Non Halogen Multi-Conductor Cable

Does the JACKETING: Material XLPE-VULCANIZED/CROSS LINKED PE imply that it is low smoke non-halogen?

Low-smoke non-halogen is not part of any standard multi-conductor cable specification I could find online. I guess it requires custom ordering... Thanks. that link did give me a lead.
