It seems that if too many people try to vote for GAs or OTs to various posts, the CR4 system becomes saturated and cannot digest further votes. I think they should adjust this factor by about 3x upward. I haven't tried prayer yet.

I have also faced this problem earlier (in logged in condition). Then by trial and error I found a solution.

In my internet explorer I deleted all temp files, cookies and history and presto the problem was solved.

I don't know whether the cookies are creating this problem or something else. try it out next time you face it.

BTW - you will lose all the histrory too of the web pages visited.

Else you can tery to clean your internet temp file and cookies folder selectively and see what happens (didn't try this)

and as a guest this do not happen to me.
