An 8 bar dryer is a device that dries at 8 bar.

A thermal overload relay is a device that operates on thermal overload.

An automatic power factor controller is a device that controls the power factor automatically.

An air handling unit is a device that handles air.

We need a bit more input to say anything more useful.
