Does the PWHT run the risk of affecting the integrity of the pipeline, or, does the applicable piping code require the hydrotest to be completed after the PWHT? If so, repeat the hydrotest after the PWHT.

Its pwht to be done before the hydro. Still is there any code saying that PWHT can be done after hydro, suppose a weld"o"let is not done PWHT. Shall we do it in this case.

Hydrotest has to be done after PWHT. There are two reasons for this

If you do not do PWHT, for a material which requires PWHT for mechanical properties, and you do hydrotest, you are increasing the chances of a brittle failures.

Secondly if PWHT is not done properly, and you induce cracks in the material, and you do not do hydrotest after that, tehn you are taking a risk of running with cracks.
