A106 GR B VS GR C

What is the difference between a 106 GR B and GR C?

How it will affect the A234 WPB and WPC?

Whether we have go only as follows

A106 GR B to A234 WPB

A106 GR B to A234 WPC.

Please clarify

ASTM A106 GRADE B is Minimum 60ksi TS, 35KSI YS; longitudinal Elongation in 2" of 30% measuerd in strip tests or full section small sizes; 22 % elongation if measured by std rd 2" gage length specimens.

ASTM A 106 GRADE C is Minimum 70 KSI TS, 40 KSI YS, %El of 30 and 20 Longitudinal as described above.

Both C and B grade must meet 16.5% in transverse measure of %el in 2" when using strip tests or small sizzes in full section; 12 % if std round 2 inch gage length specimen is used.
