HI CAN ANY BUDDY GIVE CIRCUIT AND IDEA TO PROCEDURE OF MAKING AUDIO SPOTLIGHTING DEVICE FOR MY PROJECT.

Are you talking about the "audio spotlight" by Holosonics? That is, a beam of sound, not a light show.
