Positive Earthing and Negative Earthing

what is the benefit or difference between positive earthing and negative earthing of dc system

Depending upon environment, corrosion might be an issue, otherwise very little.

if circuit maintained negative wrt to ground generally lesser corrosion.but specific checks may be done.

I agree with the others who commented. One additional item, the color code will change. The Negative conductor in a conventional system is the grounded conductor. The negative is bonded to the grounding electrode at the service negative bus bar. This wire will be white for the return and the positive (the send) will be red or black (any color but white or green.) In a positive grounding, this will reverse. The positive will be white.
