i WANT TO KNOW 90 MM DIA PIPE 2 MMTHK BEND IN R200 HOW CALCULATE THE TOURQUE FOR BENDING IN MECHNICAL GEAR BOX

I think you should consider hydraulic applications for this case. Forming outside with inside support. Where does that gearbox fit in?

i think you are considering inside forming but we are bending tube i need bending force or tourque.
