Wanted: Technical Support from a Retired Engineer

I am seeking technical support from a retired engineer with experience in Metal Fabrication & Welding preferably in Metal Bellows.

We will invite him and his wife to visit India to stay for about a year. His role will be entirely advisory as a consultant. Free accomodation + meals, conveyance, paid travel for sightseeing in India and an allowance will be negotiated.
