Goodyear's Red Handbook on Conveyor and Elevator Belting

I am looking for Goodyear's Red Handbook on Conveyor and Elevator Belting. It is supposed to be delivered in a cd, free of charge, but I have called the distributors in Uruguay and Brazil and they don't know of it. I have sent emails to the USA office but didn't get an answer.

I know it exists because it is referenced in bibliography and company literature:

I don't care if it is the last brand new version, anything of the last 30-20 years would serve.

I finally found a great manual in this website:

Follow the links and ask for the Contitech Conveyor Belt Design Manual and for Phoenix Design Fundamentals. They are both great engineering handbooks.
