criteria - suitable

sir pl read the question; paper & plastic is not metal and if u know how to weld it u tell me; my question is for weld different kind of dis-similar metals

Read your own question, it says "materials". Paper and plastic qualify.

Have you any concept of how many different "metals" there are and how many possible answers there are to your question.

Phrase a question along these lines; "What sort of electrode would I need to use to weld 316 to low carbon mild steel?" Then you may get a sensible answer.

Some plastics can be solvent-welded between different materials - PVC to ABS, for example. Ultrasonic welding can also be done.
