I understand that the main difference between P9 and P91 is that of little vanadium. For our Crude unit, atmospheric heaters are of P5 and vacuum heaters are of P 9 metallurgy. For en emergency shall we use one tube length of P91 instead of P9, if used any implication. The temperature in heater during normal opeartion is in the order of 450 to 500 deg C
