ISO 17025 Calibration Question

05/04/2010 6:39 PM

We are an A2LA accredited lab, our scope is for high voltage measurements. We have a device in for cal that has a distance / voltage indication but our scope does not include length.

Can we do this calibration without violating our A2LA program ?

You have to have a written procedure, and that procedure has to have uncertainties. If you are only measuring volts, and the voltage you are measuring is on your scope and within your uncertainties, then you're OK.
