High speed Photocoupler

02/15/2007 12:58 AM

I am designing a circuit which can receive up to 25MHz ( 5V max ) digital signals. I need some kind of opto isolation for this signal. Any recommended IC that I can use ?

Try TI. Here is a link and they also have other parts.

Try a digital isolator from Silicon Labs or Analog Devices. You can get varying grades of their parts. Some go as high as 100MBS with less than 4nS delay and almost zero skewing.
