How many amps? This is the critical information that is missing. The voltage affects the isulation and the distance between cables, but not much (if at all) the diameter.

Cable diameter is dependent on load and its current ampicaty, length of cables, derating factors etc.

so for a 2 ,11kv cables ,if feeding for different load than its cables are also differents and than their diameter is also different....

hope you get your answer............

What is the cross section, what is the inner insulation, whether the cable is armoured or not, if yes, what type & thickness of armour - so may parameters decide the overall dia of the cables. It is better to consult catalogues/data sheets of cable manufacturers.

One more interesting question from our dear member. There is no fixed diameter for 11 KV cable. Dia meter of cable depends on the number of core, insulation, armoured or not, size of the conductor. For example a 3 core 300 mm2 XLPA/pvc/SWA cable have 100mm dia , and a single core 630mm2 cable has 50mm. Please refer any cable data sheet

For a 11KV, 1C x 630sqmm XLPE armoured cable, the OD is around 60mm.
