Marine or Aircraft Engineering?

05/15/2010 8:00 AM

This is pretty much a cry for help.... I've graduated with a B.Eng(Hons) Avionics 2:2 and have struggled for over a year to find work through graduate schemes (within the UK). I'm now looking at taking a technicians route into engineering and progressing from there, as no one seems to want me. I know through experience that aircraft engineering requires licenses and such to begin aircraft maintenance, I'm just wondering what sort of qualifications are required for ROV/dive tech work. Also am I making the right choice to take a technicians route into engineering with my qualification?

Anything you can think of to get a job is OK! You are young and full of life, you can try it with my blessing, boy! I am aerospace engineer for over 30 years, and now I am doing my own underwater vehicle design. Actually, the principle is the same only different media! My corp. Protean Engineering...............
