Everyone nowadays is yelling"Accident " to cover for some terrible bad publicity.
Google claims it accidentally collected data from WiFi ports, and as a remedy , it will no longer monitor for WiFi hot spots.
They claim they would have never known about it except for a German request for an audit.
Imagine that!
The software for collecting this data did not simply materialize out of thin air (or maybe it did, see below)

Accident anaylsis always determines a cause, and at some point, most can be traced to a human error,insufficient oversight, or violation of existing codes or laws.
These causes in turn can be further broken down but I will not go into this.
I will simply state that I "accidentally" changed my home page on my browser to ASK.com.
I don't know how it happened,honest.It just happened.If this same accident happens world wide,Google might accidentally topple from it's lofty perch,where the air is very thin, and leaders become giddy and delusional with power from lack of oxygen.
Of course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
