LPG Service Flange

Why we always go for 300# flange in case of LPG & Hydrogen service although flange of 150# also qualifies for pressure limit??

You have asked a question that cannot be answered by anyone out here with only the information you have given.

You wrote: "Why (do) we always go for etc., etc." Who is "we". Do you mean you as a person? or do you mean "we" as a company? or something else?

What is your role in this issue? Are you a piping designer? or are you something else?

What questions have you asked within your organization, who did you ask and what answers did you get?

You said "always", how many LPG and Hydrogen projects have you worked on?

What is the working pressure, working temperature, and material of your LPG flange? If you have got those things, then open your ASME 16.5 standard.
