Brakes for Mining Vehicles

Hi,this is a chinese company ,now we wants to design a underground mining truck,we need a wheel end brake,the following is the information: The quantity is 600 sets per year. What is the mass of the vehicle?6600Kg With how many brakes will it be equipped ?Four What size wheels are going to be fiited?Rolling Radius:8mm What is the brakes operational circuit? hydraulic. What is the maximum vehicle velocity?30Km/Hour Where will the brakes be mounted? at wheels. If at wheels, then what hubs are going to be used? can you suggest ? what drive axles are used?the common auto axles,the brakes will be mounted to the axles. if you know have some news pls let me know . Thanks

I'm not sure I understanded well, the wheels are going to have 16 mm in diameter? Pretty small...

Is there any chance that the brakes, instead of actuating on the wheels, actuate directly in the track or railway, by clamps or pads?

Please correct the wheel size/rolling radius. 8mm rolling radius at 30 km/hr ??????
