Circuit Design for an Electrostatic Powder Coating Gun

02/16/2007 3:59 AM

Dear friends,

Can any body give me the schematic description, or any related advice of finding the circuit to make an electrostatic powder coating gun. I realy need the details for the capacitor arrangement with ply back for the powder spraying gun.

Any workable instruction appreciated. U may send to my E Mail ...elelight2@sltnet.lk

Thanks

Here is some information on a Do It Yourself version:

DIY Powder Coat Gun V.3

There are links there to versions 1 & 2. It was awhile ago, but I remember that a small high voltage DC-DC converter was used. At least this may give you a place to start.

Good Luck....... Jim
