What are the pressure ranges for Oxygen and Acetylene for Qxy Acetylene Carburising Flame Can some one help with a HAND BOOK SORT OF DATA

It is also called a "reducing flame." If memory serves, the pressures are normal (~6psi acetylene and ~40psi oxygen), and the flame is adjusted valves at the torch.
