Get a copy of MIL-HDBK-132A.

For a better answer, how about telling us WHOSE quality standards? For what kind of machine? For what kind of environment? Are there VOC restrictions? Standards for performance? Abrasion resistance? Impact? Chemical resistance? Are there... on and on and on...

And maybe, what country you are in, and what country the machine is in.

If that stuff is none of my business, get a copy of MIL-HDBK-132A.

I am a little confused...

Is the manufacturer going to coat these machines to your specifications? If yes, lynlynch in #2 has given a pretty complete run of spec's. And while I cannot speak for lynlynch, I would suggest to you that your process engineer review EACH of those suggested specifications, and determine if they do, indeed, satisfy your needs, and any legal requirements regarding food-safe coatings.

However, if your comment "...want to know about paint standards on these machines" means you wish to know the machine manufacturers' standard coating specifications, these are available from your equipment supplier.
