Connection of Relay from Electrical Junction Box

05/25/2010 11:19 PM

I have one question about hydraulic operating machine. I have designed one roller, but there is some problem during design of wiring harness. There is One panel than Relay and then electrical junction box. How do I connect the connection, what is basic fundamental?

The problem is, you don't know the "basic fundamentals".

I'd stick to hydraulics if I were you.

Wiring a machine should be done safe. Use approved materials and put it in places that are out of the way of the machine work path. Make sure you installation cannot be damaged. Consider approved wiring or protecting piping. Attach everything well and use metal conduit and junction boxes to the right IP norm. Respect the codes for the country of destination (where the machine will be used)

You designed a roller Machine which is mechanical in nature and so your skill... and you dont know the basic or way of doing the electrical wiring system. I suggest let somebody do the job with a technical knowledge about electrical installation in conformance with manufaturer's data and specs as well as conform with governing elect safety codes.
