If you are in NEC world, use Table 310.16 to 310.20 (page 70-148 to 70-152 of NEC 2008). These tables also have the derating factor for the ambient temperature correction.

I would suggest you to buy the NEC code (NFPA 70). See http://cr4.globalspec.com/thread/51102 for the links for all other electrical standards. However, I found a pdf document in a website, it has the NEC ampacity tables and other good staffs for the cable selection (the NEC ampacity Table 310.16 to 310.20 are almost at the end of the file).
