What is the cheaper solution to convert frequency from 3-phase 220V 60Hz to 3-phase 415V 50 Hz

Plan A: As above, also known as a motor-generator.

Plan B: A step-up transformer and a variable frequency drive.

Ask some vendors to price each option; then compare to see which is cheaper.

Or plan C: Sell your motor on e-Bay, and buy another motor that fits your grid.
