The first thing to do, absolutely, is to learn to communicate effectively.

This would include spelling words fully and completely.

You cannot text an engineering report to your customer and be taken seriously.

Statements such as, "So pls suggest me any project im just a begner fr this"

will not win any clients.

A fair point, as good language skills are important.

However the OP is seemingly genuinely intersted in learning and as such simply stopping at berating him / her over grammar rather than continuing on to answer the question posed I think may reflect more poorly on the CR4 community rather than on the OP.

I stand by my admonition that effective communication is the most important quality an engineer can posses.

Do you truly believe that a technical report prepared and presented in the manner that the OP presented his question here would be considered technically complete, and competent?

By the way, your post offers no constructive advice for the OP at all. You just criticized me. I, at least, offer them some advice. And, your use of the word berating when characterizing my response is completely misleading.
