What is the Earth resistance of earth electrode?

Refer IEEE-80 or if you are in india tha IS-3043...

It should be less than One ohm

how do u decide, it should be less than 1 ohm, why not 5,10,20 ohm. can u explain.

drop one earth rod from roof of the building to the place where your earth rode is fixed. it is called dummy test. Then measure the distance between dummy to original earth rod. Divide this value by no of earth rods. you get the reath resistance value.

this is related to the erection of electrode the better value is less then 1 ohm,

there is no standard value in the earth electrode, depanse upon the site condition
