Determine the air pressure available (kg/cm2, psi, Pa, or other units). This is P.

Convert whichever of these typical units to N/cm2.

Calculate the area of the cylinder in cm2. This is A.

Select a safety or service factor, say 1.3; this is SF.

If P x A x SF ≥ 250, okay. If not, try a larger cylinder and recalculate.

we have 6 bar pressure in our line. 1 N square cm is equal to 0.1 bar

its mean 60 square cm.

assumed i choose 30 mm dia cylinder. 30mm equal to 3cm area of this is 28.29.

as per ur calculation

60 x 28.29 x 1.3

=2206

pls clearify this is ok or not
