Can i know what is proposal engineering? And how it is different from sales engineering? Also let me know what all things a good technical proposal must contain?
Beyond the obvious, that it focuses primarily on the engineering and related duties having to do with generating proposals, it could be the same or part of sales engineering.
These terms have meaning in a general way, but when you get down to specifics, it has very much to do with the industry and even the individual companies as to how they define various job functions.
As to what a good technical proposal must contain I'll pass on that because there are so many variables and I have no idea of your level of abilities but the fact that you asking is cause for concern.
