High Resolution Vision Inspection System to Check Form Accuracy of 0.001mm?

We are manufacturing Cam Rings (Internal Diameter Profile Grinding) for our Diesel injection pumps. Currently we are inspecting the component with Ziess CMM and do machine correction with output date from CMM. Due the large inspection time ( 30 mins) we are facing productivity loss problem. Is there any type of high resolution vision inspection system to check form accuracy of 0.001mm?

1 μm? Are you sure? This is in the realm of optical interferometry, not some mere lens/camera system, so far as I know. Injector geometry must be precise, but that precise?

1 μm must be Least Count of the inspection equipment. I need to check Profile tolerance of 15μm. The nominal Points ( Theoretical points) will be given in form Distance Angle and Radius for Entire 360 degrees in an interval of 0.5 deg. we need to compare the Actual deviation with the nominal points with respect to a Orientation pin.
