Dear All, Could you please suggest a suitable cost effective solution for Natural gas flow totalizer. design input from customer is as follwos. please note this is not for custody transfer applciations, it is for internal check. Flow rate : 0 – 30000 Nm3/hr Line size : 20" (508mm) Normal Operating Pressure: 1.9 Kg/cm2 Maximum pressure: 10 Kg/cm2 Normal Operating temperature: 20 °C Operating temperature: -20 to 50°C Accuracy: not less than 0.1% FS Pressure & Temperature compensation required. Output 4 -20mA your kind support is very much appreciated.

hello we r using endress + hausser type proline t mass 65 insertion type and it is very good i recommend it for u

Insertion style, thermal dispersion, mass flow meter with totalizer.

Relatively easy to install (compared to cutting a large pipe), inherently a mass flow measurement (not volumetric), includes totalizer.

Perhaps you should consider a clamp on ultrasonic.

Yes, the new technology Flexim has already been used by BP, Rhurgas, Shell.

Note the minimum line pressures (bar) required for the ultrasonic clamp-on (pg 14 in the on -line manual) These pressures are not untypical for ultrasonic clamp-on; minimium medium densities are required to make the measurement.
