Are you building your own motor controller? If so, how is it you feel qualified to do so if you don't know this simple fact? Designing a controller for A Medium Voltage motor is not something to be taken on by amateurs, and free advice from an anonymous website is not the place to learn...

Please get professional help from an experienced engineer.
