Voltage change: transformer.

Frequency change: VFD or motor-generator with suitable drive ratio (typically 5:6 or 6:5).

The frequency depends on the rpm of the generator and the number of its poles; rpm = 120 x Hz/npoles, where n is even. As a result, 60-Hz generators run at 3600, 1800, 1200, 900,... rpm; whereas 50-Hz generators run at 3000, 1500, 1000, 750,... rpm.

To convert frequency mechanically, you can use a motor whose rpm is in one of these series to drive a generator whose rpm is in the other. They could be connected via a gear or belt drive of appropriate ratio. Such a combination is called a motor-generator.

The short answer is www.aseapower.com product choices up to 500 KVA power capacity. Smallest is about 18KVA. Custom sizes may be possible.

Tell them what voltage, frequency, phases input and they will provide suitable output according to your needs. their products are used world wide to convert shore power to whatever is needed on board a ship.
