piston off set internal combustion engine

from very birth of ic engine it was defective with its efficiency level so poor .so many centuries gone without proper invention in this direction.new possibilities have taken place with two options thats are piston off-set and center off-set. both are possible with there possibilities. but piston off set has been demonstrated last year.i hope it will work with new vistas.
