GETTING SOME OTHER NEWLY ENROLLED MEMBERS CR4 LINK- Reg.
I am Dhayanandhan.S, got en-rolled in CR4 on 26-5-2008, and so for I have posted 114 times, and paricipated 62 times in the up-dated discussions. From the beginning, day No.1 of my en-rollment, I have stored all the links(except 3 dates in different time) and if any body is in need of a copy, I can mail to them. My photo is up-loaded to my link.

When I opened my CR 4 Link, to-day, instead of my link name as "dhayanandhan" Power-User, I am getting as "guest" joined in June2010" and repeatedly I shut down and opened and find my link " dhayanandhan, Power-User, up-dated post 62" is not openiing or coming and only "sdr710, guest, updated post 1" coming. It can be seen that this link shows " LOGGED IN AS SDR710" This difficulty makes me TO FEEL FISH OUT OF WATER.

I have assured for one CR4 member to furnish details but I could not do so., and he will be expecting the reply from me.

I request the MODERATORS to look in to this matter and try to help me to restore my original links, and the guest hve his own link.

It is not known to me whether the "Guest sdr710" gets my link is not known to me and unless he informs I may not know.

One philosophy what I know if by chance the pass word for logging on is same, for 2 different persons, it will recognise the latest registration, which happened to me about some time back.

I would prefer my system to be restored for which I request the moderators to look in to this mattter.

Other CR4 MEMBERS ALSO CAN COMMENT and HELP ME TO SORT OUT THIS ISSUE.

Thanks,

DHAYANANDHAN.S

If you are running Windows hit the re-load button. I have this happen to me on a daily basis here at the office.

I am not sure if it is directly linked to Windows or if it is our network set up here but re-load works for me.

Good Luck!

sdr710,

Sorry for taking so long to respond. I just caught that I did not respond to this.

If you are running IE, click on the two little green arrows at the top and just to the right of center on your open IE screen.

On some CR4 links that I open, I have to do this sometimes repeatedly until the page stays open.

Hope this helps - Good Luck

I'm not sure how you would be able to log in under someone else's user ID. dhayanandhan and sdr710 have different (but very similar) email addresses and both users are located in Chennai, India. Both are mechanical engineers with 45 or 46 years of experience. Are you sure you didn't register twice?

If you want to use dhayanandhan as your member ID but are unable to log in, you should try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. You may also want to try resetting your password for CR4. Try to log in under that ID, and reset your password by clicking on the link. That will send instructions on how to reset your password to the email address you registered with. (If you're unsure of what that email address is, you can email CR4Admin@globalspec.com and we'll help you out. I don't want to send that information over a public forum.)
